In the summer of 2013, our son Andrew and his friend Theresa and her daughter Zoe came to visit for a week.

Surrender Field at the Yorktown Battlefield. On October 19, 1781, 7,000 British soldiers surrendered their arms here, leading to the end of the Revolutionary War.
